The owners and staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were mind-blowing. The room was comfortable, clean and had GREAT air conditioning. The poolside area was jaw-dropping, with lovely gardens and plenty of comfortable loungers. The hotel's location was quiet with amazing views of the mountain and lake. Buying drinks for the poolside was very reasonable. we couldn't fault a single thing and would definitely return!

Great place for Xmas getaway

The hotel offered an exceptional Xmas experience. The decoration was stunning, with beautiful lights illuminating the entire property. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and the cable car; easy access to the ski resort. The pool was also a plus, providing a relaxing ambiance to unwind after skiing.

Although we had a great time during our stay, the mornings were a bit disturbing with the noise from the cleaning staff. It was impossible to sleep in after a long day of skiing with the noise of cleaning carts rolling between the rooms.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic Easter break. The rooms were always spotlessly clean and we even had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony. The location was also perfect - just a short walk to the historic center and the cable car. It was so convenient to explore the area and visit the nearby attractions. we were highly impressed with the service and the attention to detail.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about our stay. We had an absolutely wonderful time and couldn't find any faults with the hotel.
